Programming
The programming team is responsible for all content-related components of the annual conference, including planning all workshops, lectures, discussions, and performances, and recruiting/inviting presenters across the different program tracks.
Team members are involved with program scheduling, developing the program book, coordinating the needs of the programming team with other LimmudLA teams, with members of other conference teams, and manning the presenters’ help desk at the conference.
Track leaders help develop and plan programming by defining the goals and purview of their tracks. They attend Programming committee meetings, recruit volunteer presenters, vet the proposals of volunteer presenters, and assist presenters through the process of registering and attending the conference. Track leaders also work with volunteers on their track and coordinate and collaborate with leaders of other tracks.
