Facilities and Event Management
We are the active hands for the behind-the-scenes work at the annual conference. If you are happiest stuffing bags for attendee arrival or debating whether Cheerios is a good breakfast for Sunday morning, you are in the right place!
We need volunteers to help with the following tasks:
- Manage accommodation needs of conference participants;
- Oversee check-in and check-out before and during the conference;
- Arrange for directional signage and maps to help conference participants;
- Plan decor of social spaces at the conference;
- Work with venue and catering staff to maintain quality control; and
- Organize the vendors and space layout for the Shuk (store).
All are welcome and any amount of time you have to volunteer is appreciated.
