Logistics and Sustainability
The Logistics and Sustainability team is responsible for all on-site needs at the LimmudLA Annual Conference while ensuring that we remain as environmentally friendly as possible.
- Work with Programming Team and venue staff to coordinate setup of all session rooms
- Oversee catering for meals and café
- Create and place all signage at the conference venue
- Plan for and manage medical emergency, safety and security at conference
- Serve as point-of-contact for all logistical issues at conference
